Derivatives Application Support Analyst

My Client, a Global Asset Manager based in London, is currently looking for a Derivatives Application Support Analyst to join their IT Operations department on a permanent basis. This is a high profile role working with a small specialist onsite team, who are responsible for the day to day provision of investment application support across various departments, including Fund Managers, Dealers, Compliance, Middle Office, Performance, Risk and all other IT departments.
My Client is looking for someone who can work as part of the small team, to help manage their 3rd line support for a mixture of mainly bespoke Derivative Applications. Managing and taking ownership of all raised tickets for multiple issues per day, which will be received from various channels- for example Mailbox & Skype. If the issue cannot be resolved after full investigation and testing has been completed, the issue would then pass onto the developers, but still holding full ownership to monitor whilst the issue is being rectified.
You will need to be a confident team member, with excellent communication skills as you will be working hard to provide an outstanding customer service to all business colleagues, ensuring that their working day with all technology and office services is as good as it can be, including regular engagement with key stakeholders.
