This leading, global, Investment Management organisation is searching for an IT Helpdesk Services Analyst to join a busy team providing a crucial support function to the business, covering a range of technology including Windows 7, Office 2010, Active Directory, MS Exchange, RSA/SecureID, etc. This team also delivers enhancement projects, continuous improvement and works closely with the IT Security teams. We are looking for somebody with 1-2 years’ experience looking to take the next step in their career. Ideally you will be degree educated and you may have experience within a financial markets, or similar, organisation.
